Fellows 36-6, 10dp cutter,cutting 4" face in 4140. some of these parts had a 1"gap cut out of center of face. Now, cutter is chattering, and part is moving (flexing). Reinforced part jig,part no longer moving, took a .040 deep pass, and still chattering. Freshily resharpened cutter.Axial play of cutter spindle is .040. Any help greatly appreciated.
