here is a formula for chordal thickness:
Tc = D x sin(90/N)
where D is pitch diameter and N is number of teeth.
Here is chordal addendum:
Ac = A + t^2/(4 x D)
where A is the true addendum, t is circular thickness at pitch diameter D.
