We are having a problem with size over pins on this shaper. When we measure the size over pins on the cut gear we are getting different readings around the circumference of the gear. We take one reading then move the pins 3 teeth and take another reading and do this around the gear. The readings vary about .002" to .003" from each other. Any thoughts as to what the problem could be. I have had no success solving this one.
