I came across the problem in lead of a spur gear. Everytime we checked the different factors like electronic gear synchronization of hobb and table but i found the synchronization as correct. Calculated the table RPM and found correct. Can some one guide if worked for gleason hobbing machine. Is there some hidden factor of axes and motor drive ratio? Strange thing was that everytime this problem was solved by itself.
