Maag gear machinery was not bought by Pfauter, it was bought by Oerlikon Bührle and later by the german Klingelberg group. The last Maag product the OPAL form grinding machine is still available in 2 types M80 and M120 (Workpiece diameter 800 and 1200mm). The daughter company of Klingelnberg Oerlikon Geartec manufacture these machines.
