What does the geometry look like with an involute spline that has been crowned axially along the spline length. I'm trying to figure out how to model the part in CAD to get it to "look" right. It's a male major diameter fit spline that has crowning on both the OD and tooth face. The OD crown is easy, but I'm struggling with the path that the involute follows and the way the minor diameter / root looks with the face crown.
