setup for nondifferential barber colman

We have a 1950's vintage 16-56 Barber Colman hobber. We want to cut an involute straight knurl of 608 teeth on 11.6" dia. feed roller. We need to cut a 1.75 degrees helix on knurl. On the straight knurl rolls we used 50/120X27/114 gears. we used .030 feed. We have a 4 thread hob. Can anyone help with a setup?
