I have two spur gears out of a John Deere tractor transmission. One gear has 30 teeth and the other has 32 teeth. They are mounted on shafts that are 5.257" center to center. What pitch would these be? I first thought that they are 6 dp but 6 dp would have 63 teeth between the two gears on a 5.257 center distance but these only have 62 teeth between the two. The 30 tooth gear has an od of 5.375 and a root dia. of 4.700".
