Steve, that is a tough one. I had to play with CPC-HOB about 1/2 hour to get reasonable change gears, and I don't particularly like the high feeds (0.145 for RH, and 0.091 for LH). The lead errors are very small (0.0000018 and 0.0000004 inch/inch, respectively). Anyhow:

RH 1.75 deg

           24 x 27
Index=---------
           67 x 98

           84 x 98
Feed = ---------
           30 x 71

LH 1.75 deg

               24 x 43             16 x 43          20 x 43
Index = ----------  OR   --------- OR  ----------
             83 x 126             83 x 84          83 x 105

            75 x 85
feed = ----------
            37 x 71

KM, I'm hoping you can get lower table feeds on this one. I'd really like to see your results if you are still working on it.

[I had to edit this to get spaces right. Variable font for message just doesn't work out for math fractions. Will resolve this issue in near future. - ed.]
