Thanks everyone for your help, I'm currently having to make a few extra index and feed gears to cut the previous post.

As before "We have a 1950's vintage 16-56 Barber Colman hobber." We want to cut 184 teeth on 11.563" dia. feed roller. With a 1.75 degrees helix. We're using a 16/32 30deg single thread hob. Index constant = 15/N. Feed constant = Feed/.0375 Can anyone help with a setup?

PS. If possible can you show your work, I'd like to be able to work the answer back and see if I could do it myself. Thank you very much
