Steve, here are the results from CPC-HOB:

1.75 Deg RH

Table feed - .078 Lead Error = .0000039 inch/inch
INDEX = 41/71 x 48/85

FEED = 46/42 x 84/44

1.75 Deg LH

Table feed - .080 Lead Error = .00000079 inch/inch
INDEX = 46/79 x 56/100

FEED = 83/57 x 98/67


Since this came from CPC-HOB program, I'm not able to show you the step-by-step. The method is shown in the Machinist Handbook, and that's a good place to see how it's done. The math is simple but there can be a number of trial and error steps, however.
