Inshaa, um, thanks. Spiral gears would be done by the same method, with size derived directly from helical spur gear formulae-- y'know, cosine of the helix angle and all that. Lead angle calculation no different either, is what i was thinkin'.

Yay or nay?

Did i just invent a new type of gear?
