We have 3 sets of gears( 1 pinion driving 2 gears) running a press mill the center distance is 24", when we vary the center distance,vibration as well as knocking occurs in the press the gears are relatively old they are of 1.25 DP.Our inference was that due to wear and tear the CD has changed hence forth this vibration.All the gears are standard.
