Cutter spindle tilt will change the cutter number.
When you need lets say a number 10.5 cutter and you have only a number 7.5 cutter ,you can adapt the number 7.5 cutter in place of the calculated one by Tilting.
When tilting the head must be swiveled and the radial setting must be changed.
