I don't have the calculation sheets for unitool,
but if the sheets are anything like the conversion sheet for 16 gen to 106/116 , I can help.
First you need i ( tilt angle from 16 ):
sin (i/2) x (csc 15º) = sin a
Ix =2(a)
This is tilt angle for the 106/116.
Tan(spindle swivel constant)=(ctn a)/(cos 15º).
The swivel angle constant is represented in the "G"
book by a symbol that is not a Greek letter, and looks like an "8" laying on it's side with the right hand edge missing. I hope these help.
