Gear lead = [PI x Teeth] / [NDP x Sin(HA)]

I originally thought you didn't have the differential formula and were looking for a way to calculate HA from a known setup:

Sin(HA) = differential ratio / [.101614 x NDP ]


The formula above is true for single start cutter.

Is this what you need to know?
