DIN 5480 Spline

Could someone tell me what the formulas are to find the major and minor diameter of a DIN 5480 Spline? I have the internal mating piece, but need to cut the external to go with it. The print says N140 x 5....from what i've already read the 140 would be the "reference diameter", and the 5 would be the module. Can anyone help me?
