I am new to gear hobbing, I have been making splines, and now I need to cut some gears, but I cannot find any info on helical gear dimensions
How would I calculate the dimension over pins for a 14DP, 18Tooth, 14.5 PA , 45 degree RH helical gear?
It is a distributor drive gear for a 426 Chrysler hemi
Or does anyone know where I may find the tolerances.
The drive gear that is on the camshaft is the same gear, those dimensions would probably work also
