Mikron machines are, shall we say, a bit unconventional in their setup. But since you have solved the Mikron mystery for RH gears, things should be simple for you.
First swing the cutter table to the correct direction and setting for LH. If you are using a RH cutter, then subtract the cutter angle from the LH work piece angle and set the table to that angle.
Next, change the number of rotating shafts in the differential gear set. If there is no idler ther, then add an idler to the diff gear set.
Lemme see, I think that should do it. No changes to index or feed gear sets.
