Do both machines have the same index constant? As Frank said, it looks like your 14-15 has a 12/N index ratio according to the gear FAQ page.
Hobbers are often equipped with different values for index constant, which is determined by the number of starts in the index worm/wormgear.
Also, you need to know what the 10-20 differential formula is, if it has a differential. Is it a dial feed machine like the 14-15? Do you have the operator's manual for the 10-20? The manual will have a section describing the differential formula. If you have the manual we can take a direct approach. If not, we will need to take an indirect approach solve the problem.
If the 10-20 is cutting all the teeth off in a few workpiece revolutions, I would strongly suspect the index constant is not the same.
