Bill, I looked at the article and what he had happen isn't exactly what I'm getting. Is it possible to exceed the machines ability before going past it's capacity? I wish there was a way I could show the set up, maybe I need more backing behind the gear? I am using large change gears in a cone shape, small at the arbor and bigger at the back side of the gear. should I try to find one big thick hunk of metal instead?
